At Hit the Hay Pyjamas, we’re committed to getting your cozy pieces to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping details below.


Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days once shipped, depending on your location in Canada.


Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, it will ship on the estimated date listed on the product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise noted.

Order Changes or Cancellations

We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Hit the Hay is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as delivered. If your order is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help guide you through the next steps.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Hit the Hay is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
