At Hit the Hay Pyjamas, we want you to love your order. However, we currently do not accept refunds or exchanges on any purchases.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, or cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
